Inside the employee’s profile there are 3 different areas where you can store documents.
Contracts: Inside “Professional Info” you can add the employee’s contracts and attach any documents that regard them.
Days off slips: Inside “Days Off” you can add documents such as days off slips, sick permits or any other document that serves as legal justification towards an employee’s absence.
Personal Documents & Receipts: Inside “Documents” you can add 4 different types of documents to the employee’s profile. These can be documents containing, financial information, driver’s licence, ID documents or salary receipts.
